Larocque
Geneviève earned her bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences from Université de Montréal. Fascinated by the molecular mechanisms of brain diseases, she pursued a master's degree and joined the SamLab in 2026. Under the co-direction of Dr. Flamier at the Ste Justine Hospital Research Center, her research focuses on uncovering the pathological mechanisms related to RFC1 repeat expansions in cerebellar organoids.

Aside from the lab Geneviève enjoys enjoy painting, baking and traveling.
